“Butterfinger” Candy

1/2 c. real butter, at room temperature
3/4 c. honey
1-1/2 tsp. legal vanilla
1/4 c. crunchy legal peanut butter

In a medium mixing bowl, with an electric mixer, combine butter and vanilla with honey until light and fluffy. Add crunchy peanut butter and mix together.

Spoon small dollops onto wax paper on a cookie sheet, and either refrigerate or freeze.
(This recipe makes a lot, so you could cut the recipe in half if desired…)
