Tortilla/Wrap

I found the following recipe on the Pecan Bread website (link to the top right of the blog main page).  I haven’t perfected this yet, but Justin likes them.  I make them and put taco seasoned ground meat, lettuce, grated cheese and salsa on top of them when we are having taco night. 

Tortilla/Wrap
1/3 cup almond flour
1 extra large egg
3 TBL water
1/4 tsp ground cumin
1/2 tsp garlic powder (homemade) (I do  not add this!)

Mix seasonings with flour.
Beat egg and water together.
Stir together. Makes a thin mixture.
Pour into well oiled toaster oven tray and bake at 300 for 10-15 minutes.
Lift out gently. Roll carefully.

Or prepare as pancake for a tortilla.  (I make mine like pancakes.)
