  1. So Happy it was a hit!! I’ve been wanting to make it, now I’m on it!  I’ve made several recipes from Danielle’s book and they have all been a hit with my entire family!

      • So sorry it took me so long to reply, it has been a hectic few weeks with back to school and sending our first child off to college. Here are the things we have tried so far from Danielle’s book.
-Citrus Cumin Chicken: Everyone loved it (added 1/2 the cumin)
        -Basil-thyme vinaigrette: yummy
-Mini-meatloaf with mashed cauliflower: huge hit used her BBQ sauce recipe instead of ketchup. Next time I make the BBQ I will add less pepper, it’s a little on the spicy side.
-Grilled Lemon-garlic zucchini: family loved it
-Chicken Club: off the chart yummy with my family!!
        -Chicken Cobb Salad: yummy
-Chicken Satay w/peanut sauce: so good!
-Pulled BBQ chicken sandwich: family liked it (I found it a little dry, although I’m not a very good crockpot cook.)
-pizza crust: okay not a huge hit
-BBQ Burgers w/rosemary & garlic mushrooms: good
-Pastry crust: Made a chicken pot pie. It was good but a top and bottom crust was to much for us, so next time I will just put a top crust.
        -Crispy Chicken Tenders: good
        -Carne Asada Burrito Bowls: good
-Korean Beef Noodle Bowls: My husband and I loved it, the zucchini noodles were delicious. Our kids ate it but were not thrilled.
-World famous sandwich bread: love it!

For a point of reference our kids are 13, 15, and 17, so tastebuds may be a little different then younger kids.

  2. I forgot that I also made the Banana Bread, but I made them as mini muffins so my son can easily eat them throughout the day at school. He loves them! I baked them at 350 for 15 minutes ( I used my convection oven)
