Thanksgiving 2013

I hope each of you have a Happy Thanksgiving! I am going to add a few of the recipes I have cooked for Justin this year. I’m cooking ahead of time and freezing.   1. Found healthy snacks at wal-mart by Mariani made in Canada. They are all natural and the sweet and salty bars have peanuts, honey, peanut butter, almonds, almond butter, crisp brown rice and salt. Just realized rice is off the diet, but they have all types without rice added. Another one without rice is the sesame bar, it has sesame, peanuts, almonds, sunflower kernels, and pumpkin seeds. Also honey in the later one. They use the honey instead of sugar and corn syrup in their snack bars.
    Just wanted to share, as it’s hard to find things without sugar and no preservatives.
