Cheddar Cheese Chips

I thought these would be a great treat for the Super Bowl Game this weekend!  I believe the Pace Salsa is legal (read your ingredients).  I have made another variety of the cheese chips by lining a pie plate with slices of cheddar cheese.  They were good, but this way seems like they might look more like chips.

Cheddar Cheese Chips

Line baking sheet with parchment paper and preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Grate desired amount of cheddar cheese (Please note: grated cheese in the grocery store has preservatives added!!!)

Pile up approximately 1-2 tablespoons of cheese, space out with room to spread as they melt.

Bake for 5-8 minutes.  They will be brown around the edges.

Let cool for approximately 10 minutes before removing from pan.

Enjoy with avocado or salsa!
