Moms do you have any suggestions for breakfast while on the SCD Diet when you can’t have nuts, eggs, or dairy!?!
I suggest a smoothie. Justin has his OJ and frozen banana smoothie once a day at least. Hey are good with various frozen fruit and avocados! Make some sausage patties with your favorite flavorings and freeze so they are easy to take out. Bacon. Blueberry muffins, banana muffins, or pancakes/waffles made with coconut flour. (Does anyone have any recipes handy for muffins/pancakes made with coconut flour and no eggs?)
