SCD legal smoothies are an easy way to get the yogurt in everyday. Starting the diet and adding certain fruits can be scary. My son’s favorite smoothie is still to this day OJ and frozen bananas and somtimes adds his yogurt. Mom ML shared that she uses 2-3 cups of yogurt, two bananas, a handful of frozen berries and 2-3 tablespoons of peanut butter. She sometimes throws in half an avocado and some spinach and her son never knows. She says he drinks this through the course of the day, some with each meal. Thanks Mom ML, I will have to try this one!
