Strawberry Rhubarb Pie

2 cups rhubarb, sliced
2 pints strawberries, sliced
1 tablespoon raw honey
2 cups almond flour
2 tablespoons raw honey
2 teaspoons lard or butter
1 teaspoon cinnamon

Combine rhubarb, strawberries, and 1 tablespoon raw honey. Divide combination into two pie crusts. Mix almond flour, 2 tablespoons raw honey, lard or butter, and cinnamon. Top pies with mixture. Bake 35 minutes at 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Enjoy!

  1. Thanks for posting this. My son’s all-time favorite, he is so excited for me to try it. It just makes it easier to follow the diet when they don’t have to give up so many things they love.

  2. And we tried it and it was delicious. When I got home from work the next day, the entire pie had disappeared. “It’s a keeper” he said.

    • I will have to try it! I haven’t ever cooked with rhubarb so I’m not really sure what to do. We will have to try it!
