Cracker Tips Anyone?

I’m been craving crackers! I have asked before if anyone had a good cracker recipe, but never heard from anyone. I tried a recipe Digestive Wellness sent me after I asked in an order I placed a long time ago. I will post the trip soon. They were easy and tasted good but I was wanting more of a crispy cracker. Does anyone have any cracker tips? Do you think I should put them in the dehydrator after they cool?

    I would love some crackers too. I dont have any recipe to offer, but sure hope someone does. I have plans to try a bread recipe this weekend…..any suggestion?

  2. Here’s our cracker recipe;
    1cup shredded cheddar cheese
    1cup almond flour
    These next ingredients are approximate amounts:
    3 T scd yogurt
    1/8-1/4 cup scd salsa
    Smoked paprika and salt to taste (I put in a few shakes of each)

    Mix. Form into a ball. Between two sheets of parchment paper, roll to 1/8 inch (cracker thinness but not potato chip thinness). Take top parchment paper off. Sprinkle extra salt and smoked paprika on top. Bake at 300F for 15 minutes. Take out, score using pizza cutter, return to oven. Turn heat and let it “cool” with oven (all night or 8hours). For extra dehydrating, leave oven light on or use a dehydrator.
    I’ve also used chili pepper, Parmesan cheese, homemade pesto.
    Serve with cheese or guacamole or anything.

  3. We love the salt & pepper crackers. Have made them several times already. My son doesn’t like cheese and it seems that lots of cracker recipes have cheese…
